    Buyers guide / common faults?

Well, it could mean there's an oil pressure problem but that's unlikely. The new switch should fix it. It did mine.

    Buyers guide / common faults?

No, but it has a separate oil pump and filter.

    Buyers guide / common faults?

Code 45 is for transmission oil pressure, not eng oil pressure

I prefer this forum as FB is useless with history searches for issues.

    Buyers guide / common faults?

I fitted one of these to fix it - it's the correct part, just not with the Honda packet and price. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/285419329221

    OBD2 error code scanner

Jon, re-reading your post and that you just got the bike from a Honda you should perhaps take it back. Does it come with any warranty from the dealer?

    OBD2 error code scanner

Jon, good luck with the dealer. They will probably be unfamiliar with the process and you will have to pay for their learning time. l suggest you do it yourself at least for now.

    OBD2 error code scanner

No we can't. The only diagnostic connector is a red one under the seat. Use the detailed procedure in the FSM. What's the problem with the bike? My efforts in diagnosis from reply 38. https://www.dn-01.net/threads/buyers-guide-common-faults.2889/page-2

    fuel guage blinking issue

As we hadn't heard back from marcusdn I sent him a PM to ask for an update. This was his reply: remove fuel pump, clean tank and strainer. reinstall back and drop in new fuel. all is running well for now. Fuel gauge not blinking anymore. Very interesting that this fixed it - good for him. (y)

    Original semi-rigid side cases

No I don't but there are some here on the forum and internet if you search. I have a set of panniers as they are the same (Givi model number) as what came on my 2009 Can-Am Spyder but the Dino brackets are NLA.

    Original semi-rigid side cases

So am I. They were made by Givi and supplied to Honda. 😬

    Original semi-rigid side cases

I have not but l seem to remember reading that the Givi topbox mounting brackets must be used in conjunction with the pannier brackets.
