Hi all,
it's been a while, but I haven't given up on installing Cruise Control on my DN-01.
I've tried the handlebar lever which is nice, but doesn't keep any determeniced speed, just throttle level.
I've considered Freddy's Rostra setup, but am intimidated by the amount of DIY necessary (I like things to be factory-like and invisible
).
So I keep thinking the best and "cleanest" Cruise Control system on the market is the one from MCC in Australia.
So I've contacted them, and they believe it would be fairly easy to create a kit for the DN, considering they already have kits for the Deauville, Transalp and CTX of similar vintage.
Only issue is : I live in France, so would have trouble leaving my bike with MCC to take all the measurements necessary !
So I'm launching this bottle in the Ocean - is there an Aussie owner here that lives around Melbourne and who is interested in the project ?
