Maybe the coolant needs to be flushed/changed. Possible obstruction in the cooling system is causing higher temps OR the sensor IS bad! (Should be fairly simple to correct) BUT whatever you do, find the problem else you may do 'expensive' damage to the bike!

I have a question to ask: since I own a '09 DN-01 and a '11 NT700V, both with the same engine (680 cc), why is there a difference in horsepower? I mean the DN-01 claims to be about 50 hp but the NT700V is rated as 65 hp. Both shaft driven, the only difference is 6 speed auto vs 5 speed...

I have heard numerous numbers as to the horsepower rating of the DN-01 from different sites/"expert" people. Could someone please tell me what the official/real number is. AND IF it possible to "increase" said HP without damaging the HFT if one wanted to. How would one do it? Just curious. Thanks

Is it really necessary to have the valves inspected @ 8,000 miles? I went to Honda and they wanted $500 to do the job, (4 hours of labor). I live here in the States and I really question the techs familiarization with the bike since Honda did not sell that many of them here. Looking for some...
