I've seen some made with car headrests, they seem very comfortable, but I don't know how it could be done

more modifications.
I had the Utopia backrest modified, it is now shorter and has more foam.
I like the original Honda case, but it is not very useful, I reinstalled the Givi irons and the Shad side cases.
Since I wanted the Honda backrest and did not want to break the irons, I cut the base of the top case
