Hi I'm new to this forum and to riding my Bike. Now that I have a bit of experience would love to meet up with you guy's and go for a ride.
Has anyone put a trike kit on the DN-01? If so, what brand? If so, do you like the ride and handling?
Hi John
I apologise for not replying to your message earlier than this, I just logged on after being absent for a while, I have sold my DN and now ride a Triumph Sprint. I am pleased that you managed to achieve transition from the other forum to this, well done! I still like to check in from time to time and catch up with the world of DN, I may buy another but for now I am enjoying the Triumph.
Cheers
James

Good News. I have contacted John, the owner of DN01.org and he has agreed to give me the site data so I can incorperate it into this site.
Hi james I would be totally interested.. Get that admin to contact me here. I tried to register as a user there to contact him but the site is not accepting registrations
Hi xjraus's,

New to the DN-01 world, my last bike was a PC800, always rode hondas, except for a brief affair with a BMW. I enjoy the mechanics of this bike, dislike the windshield and lack of storage. Bought a Mustang bag, have a Givi windshield and a Corbin seat on order. It is a 2009 with 11 miles.
Everywhere I stop with this bike I get comments and questions from the curious public.
This bike was in a honda dealership covered with dust, forgotten and overlooked by many. When I saw it I could not believe it, I had read about them but never saw one, I had settled on buying a Burgman 650, and was making the rounds of dealers looking at what was available when I found it. It was like finding a flower in a patch of weeds!!
James here, I have been a member of the other forum since I bought my DN back in 2009, also a member here, you may not know that the other forum is closing in November 2013 and as a result the wealth of information there may be lost. Would you have any interest in migrating content from it to this forum, it may also bring some additional members to your forum.

Pasted here is a ling to forum...I would imagine you know of it but just in case.

No improvements. The pipe is DIY. No, it's not one piece.

Thanks for the photo, looks real good. Did you fabricate the exhaust pipe or did you buy the pipe somewhere? No performance improvements? I thought without the converter you would notice a major difference .... mileage, etc. maybe. I looked under my bike and from what I can see, the exhaust pipe and converter is all one piece. Am I wrong?? Thanks
Any pictures of the DN-01 without the catalytic converter? I'm interested in knowing what you did to remove the converter. Did you noticed any significant improvements/benefits? Thanks
Waxxy,

That windscreen on the DN-01 looks great ! How much protection does it provide at speed ? Who is the manufacturer ?
