i recently had the exquisite pleasure of changing the hft filter(and oil and filter)on dino. i'd have saved a lot of up and down if i'd taken the whole toolbox down on the floor with me. (i now have a list of all size tools necessary for the job, thank you:) if i ever do it again lololol...

does anybody know if u can change the hft filter without draining the oil?

does anybody find the dino particularly buzzy? when i drive 20 miles home from work i'm tingling in places i haven't felt since my honeymoon(at least if i remember right.) could i just need to have the fuel injectors synched(altho she's only got 5600 miles on her[the bike].??

has anybody tried "the hooker" d ring holding leather strap type thingie that fits under the seat as a way to have tie downs/bungee hooks?

thinking of putting the givi top box rack on but have my own box. of all the pictures of the givi arms they're all shown with the rack or the box on. can anybody tell me if the arms will take a flat plate or even post a picture of the arms w/o rack or box. would most appreciate it. thanx.

whereas the main reason to use a mc specific oil is to protect a wet clutch & whereas our beloved dinos have no such device does anybody run a regular car oil or see any reason not to.

has anybody noticed a burnt/burning smell when driving uphill in drive or manual mode in a shall we say spirited manner. couple times now after a little spirited driving i've had a burning clutch type smell..only briefly but noticeable none the less.

i've gotten conflicting info on whether to use regular or hi-test gas. it seems to ping a little on the swill we get for regular. does anybody use hi-test or notice any difference??

took a ride over to laconia(NH) bike week today. saw a used dn01 at HK powersports in laconia nh. they were asking 8299$ with 900 some odd miles on it. looked real clean with oem honda passenger backrest. ( i don't get any commission(lol)). i just find mine too much fun not to share this.

i've read where some people have trimmed the givi windshield back an inch or 2. for anybody who has, has it made a difference in wind buffeting?? any info appreciated.

so far loving the dino but have a few questions. yesterday(kinda warm day but by no means hot) after a 15 mile ride i stopped for about 5 minutes. when i started it back up the oil light was flashing. i drove a short way, it didn't go out so i stopped & shut it down. checked the owners manual...

has anyone tried the top gunner hard case from gsessories.com. looks like it might fit the lines of the dino well. saw one at the nyc show in january but thought the plastic was kinda thin for the price. anybody tried it???
